Church Registration

Paper Form

If you wish to send the donation of £30 via the Royal Mail then please download and complete the booking form by clicking here: GBA22 Church Registration Form.

Online Form

If you wish to send the £30 via bank transfer then please fill out the form below. After pressing “send”, a green box should appear beneath the send button which confirms that your form has been submitted.

You will then receive further instructions via an email we will send to you.  If you do not see that email from us in the next ten minutes then, please, firstly check your spam folder and then, if you still can’t see it, get in touch with us.

    The church known as (required)

    confirms that it is a Baptist Church holding the doctrines of grace as set out in the Baptist Confession of 1689 and/or the Affirmation of Faith 1966, and wishes to contribute towards the expenses incurred in the Assembly's arrangements, as well as register for the Assembly & Business Session at the GBA in May 2022.
